Really good Service and Beautiful Sea Views
room steward
All staff demonstrated integrity, particularly Ahmed, the room steward for room 1410. Peter Ezzat, the reception manager, offered complete availability, along with his collaborator Mr Reda. I appreciated the pool staff's professionalism. One employee even spoke Italian fluently and helped me carry a baby stroller down to the aqua park pool stairs.
The front desk personnel lacked precision upon arrival. The WiFi was also not very efficient. I could not connect in many areas of the resort.

the reception staff gave such a warm welcome! the room itself was super clean with everything i needed! i even had a sea view. the variety of food was excellent thanks to the six different restaurants and an a la carte option i could book.
the sound proofing wasn't great, i could hear corridor noise fairly easily.

The hotel maintained excellent cleanliness throughout my stay. The service was quick. I found the staff in the restaurants and bars provided fast service and were cheerful. The pools were very clean and the beach was tidy.
The distances between facilities were a little large.

the front desk lacked precision in several instances, which caused some confusion upon arrival. the wifi service proved less efficient. i expected a stronger signal throughout the resort. the pool also had a few instances of rules not enforced. some guests swam in inappropriate attire. jacuzzi usage was not always well-regulated.

The beach provides a safe, comfy, and well-organized experience. Lifeguards are ALWAYS monitoring the waters! Housekeeping services are EXCELLENT. Hamada kept our rooms (3220-3223) clean. Ayman and Reda from management make sure guests relax and have NO concerns!!!
My friend had to change rooms THREE times . The first room was old, and the newer one smelled like sewage. The food in all restaurants tasted pretty much the same every day. The animation team was VERY weak.
